Multilingual dissemination initiative

The journal develops a multilingual dissemination initiative through the translation of previously published articles into Indigenous languages, as part of an institutional effort aimed at promoting equitable access to scientific knowledge in intercultural contexts. The translated versions are presented as thematic collections in the website’s sidebar under the section “Multilingual Dissemination Initiative”.

These translations do not constitute special issues or independent publications. Each article retains its original volume, issue, DOI, and pagination corresponding to the originally published version, which remains the official published version (version of record).

The selection process follows criteria of linguistic accessibility and relevance for the dissemination of scientific knowledge among Indigenous language-speaking communities.
