Copyright policy

In the first two issues of the journal, published in 2023, copyright remained with the authors, who retained both their moral and economic rights. From the first issue published in 2024 onwards, upon submission of a manuscript to Investigación e Innovación Clínica y Quirúrgica Pediátrica and its acceptance for publication, authors transfer their economic rights to the journal. Consequently, the journal becomes the copyright holder and retains the right of first publication of the articles. Authors, however, fully retain their moral rights over the work.
